Here in Castle Rock, Dr. Kennington has a lifelong passion for enhancing his current skillset whenever possible through additional courses and training. His abilities were greatly enhanced during a two-year dental residency in advanced general dentistry. Throughout those 2 years, his main focus was learning how to diagnose, plan, and treat dental conditions that were particularly challenging in nature. Today, he still utilizes those skills on a regular basis!
